  • Cancellations: If you cancel a consultation prior to its delivery, we will provide a full refund. If the service has already been delivered, refunds will not be issued.

  • If you believe there was an issue with the service provided (for example, a missed consultation or incorrect information), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the service. We will review the case and provide either:

  • We do not offer exchanges or substitutions for services once the consultation has been provided. However, if you require additional support or would like to expand your services, you may purchase additional consultations as needed.
